Leitung von Kundenprojekten für kundenspezifische und komplexe Software Lösungen mit nationaler Bedeutung für unsere Kunden und die Schweizer Bevölkerung von der Offerte bis zur Inbetriebnahme

Technische und kommerzielle Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Individual-Softwarelösungen

Aufbau und Pflege der Vertrauensbeziehungen mit unseren Kunden in mittel- bis langfristigen Projekten

Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Angeboten

Möglichkeit zur Übernahme von Personalverantwortung als Teamleiter in welcher du regelmässig Personalgespräche mit deinen Mitarbeitern führst und für ihre persönliche Weiterentwicklung verantwortlich bist

Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss (FH, ETH, Uni, HF) mit Fachrichtung Informatik oder Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung

Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Software Projekten und hast selber Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung

Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in PM Methoden (inkrementell und agil) und kannst diese idealerweise auch mit Zertifikaten (z.B. IPMA, PMI, HERMES, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner) nachweisen

Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Angeboten für den öffentlichen Sektor (WTO-Ausschreibungen)

Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit dem Flair, mit einem kleineren Team Projekte zum Erfolg zu führen

Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handel

Tägliche Kommunikation und Interaktion mit Kunden und Kollegen bereiten dir Freude. Diese erfolgt primär in Deutsch, du bringst aber auch gute Englisch Kenntnisse mit.

Avec votre équipe, vous êtes responsable de la garantie de la disponibilité des systèmes de télécommunications sécurisées des organisations de feu bleu en Suisse.

Dans cette fonction intéressante, vous assurez l'exploitation et la maintenance des systèmes informatiques et de télécommunication en étroite collaboration

avec le développement et l'équipe de projet.

Vous travaillerez sur le coeur du système Tetrapol en passant par sa validation, sa mise en service et sa maintenance. Vous serez également amené à travailler sur les centrales d’engagement.

En tant que formateur, vous êtes responsable de la formation de nos clients et partenaires commerciaux sur la base des documents de formation déjà disponibles ou que vous avez créés.

Vous disposez d'une très bonne formation en électrotechnique ou informatique, par exemple en tant qu'ingénieur (HES/EPF) ou d'une qualification équivalente

Vous avez un intérêt pour la formation continue dans des thèmes actuels.

Vous souhaitez suivre l’ensemble du processus qui va de la validation d’un produit à son installation chez le client ainsi qu’à sa maintenance.

Vous disposez d’expérience de plusieurs années en tant que formateur (dans le domaine technique) et des certifications correspondantes.

Vous avez le sens de la conception et de la structure des textes et des supports de formation.

Bonnes connaissances en Linux/Windows, ainsi que de l’intérêt pour les technologies de virtualisation (VMware / ESXi).

Senior Technical Engineer (m/f/d)

As Windows Engineer (m/f/d) you are responsible for a technically complex ICT system and help on a Windows infrastructure.

You capture customer and internal requirements to provide solutions with your expertise on the Windows ecosystem.

You are supporting the team to update the different systems during the maintenance period.

Help the team to evaluate and implement the changes required on the system.

You will join the picket team to act on the system in case of emergency.

You have a strong background in the relevant ICT technologies, namely Active Directory or Windows operating system and update system and/or backup (Veeam).

You have already managed and configured certificate environment on ADCS.

Professional knowledge with DFS and IIS to support the current solution.

Scripting experience on Windows environment with PowerShell.

Academic or Higher Educational degree in IT
